The Story of Wellbeing Inside Out

What is the best way to change a person or a situation?

We can change what the person does and their actions, or we can change who the person is inside.

Wellbeing Inside Out was started because I realized that much effort has been put in individuals and organizations to curb the symptoms and not just the root problem. I realized it is not just about taking actions that help you or having wellness programs to help with employee engagement to resolve retention or engagement issues.

What we need to deal with is the inner core of whom the person is and having strategies to help in the deeper transformation of the individual which in the end will cascade to the effectiveness and success of the whole organization.

At Wellbeing Inside Out, we help individuals and organizations create a culture of wellbeing by understanding who they really are at their core. We focus on the root of the problem and not just having well-meaning actions and programs.

We also believe that it is important to be holistic in our approach; by changing the person inside, we can change their actions and the situation. We do this through various programs aimed at different aspects of wellbeing through our 5 core pillars, Positive Leadership, Positive Emotions, Positive Dialogues, Strengths Culture, and Mental Health Awareness and Support.

We exist to transform the individual and organization, from the inside out, to create sustainable and long-lasting changes.
